API access to conviction scores
Pay-per-request payment processing via x402 protocol

To use our API, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your API credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
Our service operates on a pay-per-request model:
$0.01 USDC per API request
No minimums or monthly fees
First request is free
Failed requests are not charged
4.2 Payment Method
Payments are processed through the x402 protocol. You are responsible for:
Maintaining sufficient USDC balance
All transaction fees (gas) on the Base network
Providing accurate wallet information
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls
Scrape or cache data outside of normal API usage
Resell or redistribute our data without permission
Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
Use the service to manipulate markets or deceive others
6. API Usage Limits
We reserve the right to implement rate limits and usage quotas. Current limits are:
100 requests per minute per API key
10,000 requests per day per API key

Past accuracy does not guarantee future results
We do not provide investment advice
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALPHASTREAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
Any trading losses or investment decisions
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Service interruptions or data loss
Amounts exceeding the fees paid in the preceding 30 days
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and data provided through our service are the property of AlphaStream. You may not:
Copy or redistribute our proprietary algorithms
Use our trademarks without permission
Reverse engineer our services
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access:
For violations of these Terms
For fraudulent or abusive activity
With 30 days notice for any other reason
